Ethiopian lawmakers endorse bill on federal gov’t’s intervention in regional states’ affairs

Addis Ababa, April 1, 2025 (FMC) – During its 22^nd regular session held today, the FDRE House of Peoples’ Representatives (HoPR) approved a bill pertaining to federal government’s intervention in regional states’ matters.

Lawmakers debate and endorsed the proposed amendment bill that defines the federal government’s authority in intervening in regional states’ matters.
