Ethiopia-India Business Expo 2025 launched in New Delhi

Addis Ababa, April 15, 2025 (FMC) – A three-day Ethiopia-India SMEs Business Forum and Expo 2025 was launched in New Delhi, the Ethiopian Embassy in the Indian capital said today.

Ambassador Fisseha Shawel Gebre, along with PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) Deputy Secretary General Naveen Seth, officially opened the event today, the Embassy stated.

The event, according to the Embassy, features a three-day exhibition aimed at knowledge exchange, enhancing bilateral trade and innovation, and sustainable economic growth between the two nations.

Ambassador Fisseha, in his opening remark, highlighted investment opportunities in Ethiopia’s SME domain and urged Ethiopian firms to leverage India’s tech and business expertise.

Some 25 Ethiopian companies have are participating in the event, showcasing their products.
