Ethiopian Federal Police SWAT Team Triumphs in 2025 Obstacle Course Challenge

Addis Ababa, February 5, 2025 (FMC) – The Ethiopian Federal Police SWAT Team, representing the nation in the 2025 Global Rapid Response Competition (UAE 2025 SWAT Challenge), has successfully completed today’s obstacle course, outpacing competitors including the Kuwait National Guard S.O.B 67 SWAT Team, Kazakhstan’s OMIRIS SWAT Team, Dubai Police C SWAT Team, UAE’s RAK Police SWAT Team, and UAE’s Special Security Forces 1 SWAT.

The team is participating in a variety of challenges, including Tactical Operations, Assault, VIP Rescue Missions, and High Tower Climbing and Descending, showcasing their skills on an international stage.
