Ethiopian signs MOU with Safran for provision of Z400 economy class seats for 8 Boeing 777-9 aircraft

Addis Ababa, April 10, 2025 (FMC) — Ethiopian Airlines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Safran for the provision of Z400 economy class seats for 8 Boeing 777-9 aircraft.

The MOU was signed at the Aircraft International Exhibition in Hamburg, the Airline said in a statement issued today.

The Z400 seats chosen by Ethiopian Airlines represent the ultimate choice for long-range operations, offering passengers an improved inflight entertainment experience with the latest generation displays, the statement asserted.
