Houses’ first special joint session kicks off today
Addis Ababa, January 11, 2023 (FBC) – The FDRE 6th Peoples’ Representatives and House of Federation 2nd year 1st special session begins today.
The Upper House’s statement on Facebook indicates that the meeting is expected to commence by examining and approving the minutes of the two Houses’ 2nd year 1st joint session opening meeting in October 2022.
It is stated that the special joint meeting is expected to examine and approve the proposed resolutions by the House of Peoples’ Representatives’ Standing Committee on Planning, Budget and Finance and the House of Federation’s Standing Committee on Subsidy Budget and Common Revenues regarding property tax ownership request.
