MFA Ethiopia welcomes two newly appointed state ministers

Addis Ababa, April 10, 2025 (FMC) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia (MFA Ethiopia) has officially welcomed two newly appointed state ministers at its headquarters, the Ministry disclosed this afternoon

It was indicated that Ambassador Hadera Abera has been appointed by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed as State Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political and Economic Affairs. Similarly, Ambassador Berhanu Tsegaye has been appointed as State Minister of Foreign Affairs for Resource Management and Services.

Accordingly, the newly appointed state ministers were officially welcomed today at the Ministry, where they met with MFA Ethiopia’s leadership and staff during a welcoming ceremony.
