Addis Ababa, March 7, 2025 (FMC) – The FDRE President Taye Atske-Selassie has said that Ethiopian women have made paramount contributions to their country’s freedom and economic development.

The President, on his social media page, sent a message of greetings on the occasion of the International Women’s Day.

In his message, President Taye said that Ethiopian women have been integral to their country’s freedom, economic development, and strengthening social values ​​and traditions.

He also said that they are the main leaders and actors in the path of modernization of the country by defying obstacles and negativity, to the best of their ability.
