Pres. Taye confers with President of The Rockefeller foundation Dr. Rajiv Shah

Addis Ababa, January 28, 2025 (FMC) – The Ethiopian President Taye Atske-Selassie met and held discussions with Dr. Rajiv Shah, President of the Rockefeller Foundation.

Ethiopia’s Minister of Irrigation & Lowlands Mr. Abreham Belay who was part of President Taye’s entourage during the meeting said today in a social media post that the discussion focused on existing programs as well as future potential collaborations on climate resilience initiatives.

They also expounded on their partnerships in private sector engagement and financing opportunities on irrigation developments.
