Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation arrives in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, February 18, 2025 (FMC) – The Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko has arrived in Addis Ababa.

Upon arrival at Bole International Airport, the Speaker was accorded a warm welcome by senior government officials including the Speaker of the House of Federation Agegnehu Teshager and State Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Birtukan Ayano.

During her two-day official visit, the Speaker will meet with high-level government officials.
