UN Chief acknowledges Ethiopia’s progress on nat’l dialogue process, its efforts for regional stability

Addis Ababa, February 14, 2025 (FMC) – United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has lauded Ethiopia for its endeavors in the nationwide Dialogue process the East African nation where it has embarked on.

Ethiopia’s President Taye Atske Selassie held talks with the secretary general in the early hours of this afternoon.

Following the discussion, Gutteres pledged to work together with Ethiopia as an important nation in Africa and beyond.

The two sides also discussed on ways of reinforcing cooperation between Ethiopia and the United Nations.
